Austin Kiddie Limits... where tomorrow's Rock Stars come to play!
The excitement keeps growing and Austin Kiddie Limits promises to be one of the hippest areas of the festival. Little kids and big kids (grown-ups) alike will have a great time because we have built in fun for all ages. The schedule is jam-packed with music, activities, gaming, giveaways and more. Here's the rundown:
Remember: Kids 10 and under get in FREE with a ticket holding adult!

11am - 4:30pm
Parents, with a 3-day wristband you can come and go from the festival grounds as you please!
Pre-festival events
Prior to the festival, come out to Central Market North to win ACL Festival tickets, School of Rock t-shirts, posters and other H-E-B giveaways!
School of Rock will be performing on two separate days and they'll amaze you at their incredible talent. Plus on July 2nd you can watch a movie outside right after they play.
Bring a recycled item that we can fill with soil and greenery so you can take something beautiful home! Decorate it with an Austin Kiddie Limits sticker and be green!

The AKL Stage Lineup
The best of the kid bands are picking, singing, blowing, drumming, teaching, dancing and having a great time. Check out this fun filled stage. Check back soon for our Full Activities schedule.
School of Rock Jam Tent
Members of Paul Green's School of Rock All-Stars will be on site for workshops and assist kids in handling different types of instruments. Kidz are free to rock out on any and all instruments. There will be a full rock band set up that includes: drums, mics, guitars, amps, bass and keyboards.

Learning to Rock 101 with Paul Green: Hands-on rock lessons on real gear
The Shred Seminar: Learn how to play, look and pose like a rocker
Guitar God Seminar: Enough said. Real guitars and real fun
H-E-B Beach
Take a break from the heat and stay cool in front of misting fans while your kiddos play in the shade!
Other Activities:
Hip Hop Workshop: The Q Brothers will teach kids how to scratch, beatbox and rhyme. Take home a CD of your phat track!
Michael Marcionetti's Drum Circle provided by Remo: Teaching the kidz rhythm on all sorts of drums at the end of everyday. Lets make some noise and be heard!
African Dance Workshop: Lannaya is an African Dance & Drum Ensemble. Watch their moves and then interact with the performers to learn some steps of your own!
H-E-Buddy's Green String Workshop: Going green rocks! Kids get creative by transforming ordinary objects into extraordinary musical instruments. Take yours home to start your own green garage band.
Hairdos by Pink Salon: Revitalize and punk out with a new hair do. Set a new trend at the Festival!
Hip Tattoos by Katie Hammitt: Where you're never too young for some ink!
Rock Star Photo Shoots: The place to show off your rock'n look and attitude in front of the camera.
Alex's Lemonade: A nationwide fund-raising movement for childhood cancer research. Alex's Lemonade Stand will be accepting donations in return for some ice-cold lemonade.
H-E-B Ice Cream Parlor: I scream! You scream! We all scream for H-E-B Creamy Creations Ice Cream! To celebrate the 10th birthday of H-E-B Creamy Creations Ice Cream, H-E-B will give away free scoops of its yummy flavors. Come chill out with H-E-Buddy at the old school ice cream parlor!
